Seit 2018 sind alle unsere Saucen glutenfrei. Der Hintergrund zu dieser Entscheidung wird in dem schönen Bericht von Anna "Glutenfrei durch München" sehr eindrücklich beschrieben:
..."Im Frühjahr 2018 war ein Ehepaar mit seinen Kindern zu Gast – eins davon hatte eine Glutensensitivität. Die Kinder fanden es großartig, sich ihre Bowls selbst zusammenstellen zu können – bei den Soßen war aber leider für das Kind mit der Glutenunverträglichkeit Schluss. Tom hat der Anblick des enttäuschten Kindes so mitgenommen, das als Soße nur Olivenöl bekommen hat, dass prompt die Rezepturen der Soßen komplett umgestellt und nur noch glutenfreie Zutaten verwendet wurden."
